📦 Item Types & What We Can Do
Unopened and unused items
If the original seals and packaging are intact, we’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
A few items may have special return restrictions, listed on their product page.
Opened or used items
Returns are generally not accepted once a product has been opened.
We’re happy to help if:
– There’s a defect right out of the box
– The wrong item or quantity was shipped
"Opened" means seals are broken, trays removed, or factory tape is cut.
Damaged or defective items
Please contact us within 30 days.
Send clear photos of all sides of the box and the issue to: service@comebackjeremy.com
We’ll either:
– Send a replacement part
– Arrange a full replacement with prepaid return
– Or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available
Cosmetic flaws or minor box dents are not usually treated as defects.
📨 How to Start a Return

Subject line: RMA – Order # – Item Name
Include:
– The reason for return
– Clear photos
– Your preference: refund, exchange, or spare part
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RMA number and return instructions.
Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
🚚 Return Shipping – Who Pays What
If we made a mistake (wrong item, damage, or factory defect):
We’ll cover the return label (reimbursed via store credit) and send the replacement at no cost.
If the return is for personal reasons (like a change of mind or accidental order):
You’ll need to cover both return and reship costs.
Extra shipping services (express, signature, etc.) are not refundable unless requested by us.
📦 Packing Tips
Use a sturdy outer box and plenty of padding (bubble wrap or similar).
Do not stick return labels directly onto product packaging.
If the item is damaged due to poor packaging, we may adjust your refund.
If you’re arranging your own return label, we recommend insuring the package.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Timeframes by method:
– Credit/debit card: 3–5 business days
– PayPal: Up to 30 days
If a package is undeliverable or refused, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If an electronic item doesn’t work within 7 days of delivery, we’ll send a replacement immediately.
If you received the item as a gift, we can issue store credit with the original order number and buyer’s email.
Bulk/wholesale orders may follow a different return policy as agreed.
