Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the item shown in the photo. Please note: we remove the retail box for most non-standard-sized items to keep shipping costs low; smaller items marked “with original box” in the description will still ship in their packaging.

What if my item is missing part?
If any parts are missing, just let us know which ones. You can either:
• circle them in the instruction booklet, or
• send us the official LEGO element ID and a quick photo.
Once we have this, we’ll contact the factory for the exact pieces and ship them to you right away so you can keep building without delay.
How can I return an item?

You have a full 30 days to change your mind. If the set isn’t what you expected, reach out to our support team and we’ll email you the correct return address. Please don’t send it back to the sender shown on the shipping label—double-check our return policy first so everything goes smoothly.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Absolutely—we restock as soon as the factory schedules the next production run. Lead-times can vary, but if you’re happy to wait we’ll keep pushing for the fastest turnaround. In the unlikely event your order is out of stock for longer than expected, we’ll email you right away with the option to switch to another set or stay on the list.

Where can I ship my order?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.
Since our warehouse operates on UTC+8, the timing of updates can vary depending on your location.

When items are in stock and there are no local carrier delays, tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours — or 36 hours at the latest.
